This carbine comes in 54 Cal. with a fine bore. The metal was orig. finished in the bright. The stampings are good with a ser. # 12006 which is in the 7th Ind. Vol Cav range. The walnut stock has some usage marks and a good cartouche on the flat. The mechanics are very good and tight. A very nice example. 100% orig.
