Ballard Carbine

Product Information

This carbine is in 54 cal. with an exc. bore. Serial # 662 which is 1861-62 mfg. The barrel retains approx. 98% of the orig. blue. The breech has  case color but is primarily dark in color. The walnut stock and forestock is in fine condition. The markings are clear with the ser. # on the side of the frame. The sling swivels have orig. color as well. There are some light marks on the frame around the lever screw. They do not detract from the gun at all. Mechanics are 100%. A fine looking carbine.
