M1850 Ames Staff & Field Officers Sword

Blade has 100% original etching with no nicks, dings or rust.  Leather ricasso washer is original.  Hilt and pommel cap have approx. 98% original gold wash.  Grip is excellent and tight. Scabbard is in excellent condition with one very minor dent near the drag.  Mounts show some minor wear on the gold finish but retain 75% of the original gold wash. These have been almost impossible to get in decent condition for several years.  Don't miss out!
