M1858 Bullseye Canteen

Neck of spout is maker marked "Hadden, Porter & Booth Phila." - one of the primary sources of canteens for the Philadelphia Depot.  Wool cover is complete and seams are tight.
"This example has a dark blue jean cloth cover consisting of plain woven white cotton and indigo dyed wool threads. Thick cotton web shoulder strap secured by large 3/4" wide loops."
