Confederate Richmond High Hump Rifled Musket Dated 1862 The barrel, lock, trigger guard, patch box
and butt plate have a light patina with some dark marked areas and appears to have had some light cleaning. The barrel bands appear to remain uncleaned. Markings on lock are crisp. Barrel
markings are good with the date only having a remnant of "61". Walnut stock is in very good condition and appears to be of Harpers Ferry mfg. with the Maynard Tape Primer slot. Middle and
upper barrel bands, nose cap and ram rod appear to be of Richmond mfg. Undoubtedly, this is one of the first Richmonds put together utilizing left over Harpers Ferry parts.
It is in good working condition with a good bore. $12,500.00 - JK110
